Having seen this happen on several forums using phpBB I would say it is a "feature" of phpBB. So, there is probably nothing that can be done unless Rollie changes forum system.

Wacraftrealms.com appears to have been listed as suspicious by Google. Guessing a bad ad is the problem. Oh, what I am pointing out is that the location in Vista varies depending on your security settings. Though, I assume most people tweaking their system to that degree knows where to find their files then... To make it clear; the AppData folder (I assume) is used when programs don't have write permis...
