The server where the files are uploaded to are Central time. Are you on Pacific time? There is always a two hour ahead time stamp for me (Pacific time). I probably wasn't very clear. What causes the database to get behind in updating?
I'm a total non-techie but I understand it when explained to me :-) Last night about 1130 PST the database was at 13:30 on 2/5 as the last processed file. I just checked and its at 14:00. So what causes it to stall that badly? Is it a large update file, or has the computer that its running on taken ...
