No, the problem is that it won't display the word "Senior" as my rank.

My character screen on this website shows me as a Senior Sergeant (I am), but doesn't show my HKs. I have never taken a census, so I guess this is just collected from someone else's (hence no HKs for me). But on the sig maker, it only says Sergeant Klomag, not Senior.
