WoW was installed under another user account on this computer, so I had to change some access permissions. ^_^;;
It's fine now.

Can't Upload Data
I followed all the instructions listed on the website how to install the UI, and it worked when I took a couple snapshots in-game. The problem is that there's no file where the upload page says there should be one (under Account/accountnamehere/SavedVariables). I somehow suspect this might be relate...
