Or does this mean there have been a mix of individual uploads where some uploads might of contained multiple snapshots...

so since the '/censusplus timer xx' option exists now, everytime I manually upload a file, am I submitting 1 snapshot or does that timer allow the CensusPlus.lua file to be divded internally so that 1 uploaded submission equals say, perhaps 7 or 8 snapshots?
