I think it would be a good idea for the Tickets page to have the month that those tickets apply to show somewhere on it.

I sometimes have the same number of tickets as the previous month and don't always know if these are the new numbers showing or the old ones.

Why when my Census finishes does it say one thing and then when the update is processed it shows something totally different?

I had like 340 new characters and 1700 something total. When processed your update here shows 1 new and 37 updated.
