Some servers are also acting odd since that hardware upgrade. Like server I am on now gets 40-60 ms latency with whos that goes to 50-80ms. Correct it only notes changes seen in uploads. Sure this is done to keep upload sizes in reason (server bandwidth) and make the addon fast with low CPU footprint.
