Modified the guild sort order on census display

I have changed the guild sorting order on the main census display. It used to just sort by a flat member count, but it now sorts based on a Level Value. The sorted field is basically the sum of all member's Level^4. You'll see more 'higher level' guilds higher in the list than guilds with just a lot of low-mid level characters.

I may set up an option if you prefer to see the guilds sorted by member count. Opinions?
