I need some advice. A friend at work that plays and is involved with a group that raids at 7PM CST. Our workplace recently changed our work hours and he can't get home by 7PM. Does anyone have any suggestions for groups that raid or have activity after 7PM CST or work on PST time?
I know my work friend has been looking for a group or guild that plays at a different time. I feel like he might need WoW rehab or something but it's really none of my business. His wife is worried that he will lose his job because he keeps leaving early to keep his WoW commitments.
I am not really the person to help them because all I know about WoW is that my ex boyfriend played it all it the time and left me for someone who also played it all the time. I also know folks who play intensively for periods of time but then take time off for real life activities.
Thanks for any help or advice.
WoW Rehab or PST Guild?
I doubt the guild will change their time just for 1 person. But thats a good thing to start with. Another is to work something out with the group that will allow him to join the raid a bit late.
Or perhaps finding another group that raids at times when he can get home and not have to leave work early.

Sorry to hear about the hardships, I have seen less accounts of people prioritizing real life events for warcraft after the expansion. One thing you may want to do is look at their real page and find guilds on par with his guild's progression. You can check out their page and see if their raid times differ from your friend. It takes a lot to uproot someone from a group that they've been playing for a while and settle them somewhere else. Perhaps it's not doing it FOR the person, rather than HELP them do it would be a better route for relief.
