Wowroster.net down?
Wowroster.net down?
I would like to use UniUploader, but the site seems to be down. Does anyone know if this program is still available?

Due to some hardware issues the server has been down for a couple of weeks.
During this time I was recovering WoWRoster.net from a backup and setting up some new hardware to put it on.
Now we are back so enjoy!

My WoW account is the original named kind (Alpha), and I use UniUpload without problems (except a few flukes, a week ago)....bringoutyourdead wrote:And it is back down again.. sigh
I have started to puzzle and puzzle is the operative word
through the Uniuploader code to see why it doesn't like Alpha account names.

what version of uniuploader are you using?
When this thread started I found and tried 3 or 4? different versions.. none would support the older account naming.
I have source code for a 2.7.xx version, the latest they had exe on was a 2.8 but that has gone with the site.
I found someone who knows C# and he will be looking at the 2.7 code to see what is wrong..

With the latest post about hitting the default max byte limit for html POST command, I thought I would remind people about our UniUploader support.
But it must be the Holidays... yup.. www.wowroster.net is down again.

Random wandering over the web.. I see www.wowroster.net is back up again
and just as a reminder to myself the lastest version of UniUploader is packaged in a file called
13_UniUploader_2.7.2.0_Installer.zip
which contains a single exe file
UniUploader_2.7.2.0_Installer.exe
