Mooter and Onyxia, a question about the UI

Hello everybody, I'm a newcomer of WoW.

Recently I've watched a video clip about a rogue who tanks the Onyxia, his name is Mooter. I think lots of people have watched this clip......what I want to ask is the UI in that video clip.

In the video, the player's unit frame used the Gypsy's UnitBar, but his target frame and party frame have more functions than using only Gypsy's UnitBar(for example, target of target). So I want to ask that is here anyone who knows about that UI which the player is using?

I have no idea, maybe Archealogist? or Mob Heatlh2? From cosmos.
