Date errors appearing in Census results

As perdicted numerous date errors are cropping up in census data, mostly due to the MM/DD/YY and DD/MM/YY conventions in different countries.

If you look through the data you'll see we've got a few time travellers from the 2nd of March, 2nd of April, 2nd of May etc.

I'm going to kind of hold off on doing much with the date issue until Blizzard gives up the GetDate API as they said they would.

I will put in at least some fixes for data that we get though! Thanks!
