New EURO version, and soon to be US too

Okay, I am going to try to get this new EURO version to a couple of folks for testing and if everything works out properly, then I'll release it to the masses and upen up the gates for EURO data submissions. Until then, please <font color='red'>DO NOT SUBMIT <b>EURO</b> DATA! AT ALL!!!</font>

I am hoping that Znog and MadMax will be able to give this a smoke test to see how this works out.
