Version problem?

I downloaded v1.6 so that I could upload data from my euro-server to the site, however when I run the census and try to upload it rejects my file and says I'm using v1.3. I checked the version in game and it is definitely 1.6, I downloaded it from the news link. Just a wee heads up, somethings not working right

If you have cosmos installed, and you installed Census+ from here, then you have 2 versions running.
Cosmos would not allow me to keep the CensusPlus directory in their distribution and instead changed it to just Census. So you now have a Census version from Cosmoe and a CensusPlus version that you installed from here.
Go to your Interface/AddOns directory and delete both Census and CensusPlus. You can then either repatch Cosmos which should get you the latest Cosmos version, or you can just download CensusPlus from here. If you just download it from here, then the next time you patch Cosmos, you'll end up with 2 versions again, as it will push the Census version down to you.
That make sense? I'm thinking of dropping out of the Cosmos distribution for just this reason, as it is a major pain for me to keep these details worked out.

ah I disabled the cosmos-version in the addon options and it works fine now. Thanks
