Nah, it updates automatically every 24 hours.

Yup, each time it is served, it checks to see how old the image is. If it's older than 24 hours, it will refresh it.

I am tryng to use my sig on another site but I don't think they accept the png format. How do I convert it to jpg?

Actually unless you have a premium account, you can only get it in jpg. Just put .jpg on the end instead of .png

how often does it update lvl/guild/hks? cuz mine said 52 for a while now it says 54 and im 55

The database is behind about 5 days atm. Just wait for it to update.
