where do I find the file to upload?

I know I'm not a shark @ handling files and stuff, but I really wanna upload my data from census, but what file is it, and where is a located ???
Look for /World of Warcraft/WTF/Account/XXX/SavedVariables.lua
where XXX is your account name.
