Recently Returned to WoW

As the topic states I just re-subscribed over the weekend. It's been close to 2 months since I last played. Anyways...I was in Hellfire Penn last night and Lord Kazzak kept uttering audio that got very annoying after the 2 repeat. I had to disable all my sound effects which is something I don't like to do because I play on a PVP server and like to listen for sounds such as an ally dismounting or a rogue in stealth. Do any of you know of a way to turn off voice sounds while keeping other sound effects?
