EU players on US server?

I'm looking for a HORDE PVE raiding guild on a US server that raids on EU times. I'm stationed in Europe for the next few yrs and it's killing me trying to stay up all night raiding with my current guild...Any suggestions of understanding guilds would be great.

I know they are out there, but you may have to hunt to find them.

I found one, but they were a bunch of clowns with strict gearing regulations....I was pissed, they pretty much mocked me when i put my application in.
