Would you guys help me test this version?

Other than the lack of a Worgen picture, it worked just fine on its first pass through my server.

I didn't delete my existing censusplus.lua file; I just made a copy.

When do we get to upload again? :P

didn't work for me

- i deleted the old censusplus.lua when installing the addon

- no worgen/goblin pictures
- i selected 'auto close who' (or whatever), but the who window stayed up. this option would become deselected if i went back to the option after logging out and coming back.
- in the end, nothing was recorded (0 new, 0 updated)

- i tried exiting the game and starting it again

Same problems as pencey:

- The who window pops up or the chat is spammed even if verbose mode isn't selected.

- Counting doesn't work - it ends with 0 chars found.

- If there are 49 or more characters found with one request (at least the window pops up and shows 49 chars, I don't know whether CensusPlus recognizes that) there are no new, more detailed requests queued - CensusPlus simply executes the next normal request.

- No worgen picture (Horde side not tested yet).

Tested with German WoW client on EU-Realm.

I just realized, I didn't do a clean install. I installed your new one over top of the directory that had the fan-written (Balgair?) version with the preliminary wholib support. Perhaps that's why mine's working fine and pencey's and Lintorus' are not.

Thanks Pennet!

Installing LibWho from http://www.wowace.com/addons/wholib/files/8210-2-0-116/ solved the problems (then in game "Using WhoLib" was shown).

But if it is now a required dependency, it should be included in the CensusPlus Zip file.

*Edit*: - Localization problem with German client removed - is working correctly.

OK, one more thing detected: Level bars in the CensusPlus window are starting now with level 6 (levels 1-5 are not shown any more). Don't know whether it is a bug or working as intended.

Confirming the various problems above. Also, manual /who has no apparent impact. Going back to older (modified) version for now, so I can get some results. Will be checking back here often for further updates. :)

I guess this was intended to make room for 81-85..
1-9 aren't tracked anyway ;)

I am sure Fuxie is right... one additional aspect is that (temporarily?) dropping 1-5 means far less immediate recoding for Rollie. 85 bars don't fit in 80 spaces. :D

It is actually recording levels 1-5, just not displaying it.

New version with LibWho and the images:

I just did my first scan with the new Version.

First I took my: CensusPlus.lua and CensusPlus.lua.bak out of the folder.

I then removed the CensusPlus (Old) App fully (Using Curse Client), I made sure to check the box that said "Also delete the in-game settings for this addon."

Then I installed this new version.

Ran a scan on Mal'Ganis (H)

No errors popped up during scan
Finished scan in 16mins 40 secs
Found 1278 New characters and saw 1278

Shift+Clicking on players name, (a problem I had in the past with this addon) works fine!

So from what I have seen, thus far, all is well! Thanks for the great work Rollie! Tell your family we said thanks for letting us steal you to finish this!

Hmm... Closed WoW down completely (normally addons can be updated by relog) and now it seems to run fine...

Seems to be working now, mostly. I am not sure if it's due to high number of people levelling from 80 to 85 or something else, but the censuses seem to last slightly longer... also, opening or closing the censusplus display seems to cause a small delays in processing.

Also, manual /who is now much quicker than before... but... it no longer registers at all, even if I manually /who a specific character. Which means that I can't manually add a character to the results. For example, if I am down to processing level 60s and a friendly level 82 comes online, I can't add him to my local data by doing a manual /who. I would need to wait for the current census to end and then run another one. Which is inconvenient at times.

I am not sure, if the following is related... but if I manually open the who window... I don't always see where the census is working at that moment. The results sometimes aren't visible in the who window at all. This happens randomly, so not sure what causing it. Trying to investigate further.

It's prpobably because of some huge delays..

Some combos (probably those that return 0 toons) take 1 minute and is even resent, for a total of 2 minutes...

I've seen it for Draenai Warriors, Nelf Mages and Human Hunters so far, maybe there are more, I'm not babysitting it closely..
