Lowest census result I've seen

Really should've screenshotted this one... at 5pm on a weekday, Crushridge Alliance had 17 people online. No, I didn't miss a digit, that's seventeen
I realised after I did a manual /who 1-90 to doublecheck it, that Crushridge of course used to be one of the most highly populated unofficial Italian realms - I guess they
all migrated to Nemesis then! Never seen a figure that low before I think, certainly not in the daytime, crazy stuff.

You beat me by actually screenying it lol

I'll be looking out for crazy ones to screeny in future, this could be a fun thread if there's a few servers like this.

Oh wow, that's definitely the record! Not the busiest time of day but even so, wow.
I had an 11 on that Crushridge Alliance earlier, checked their realm forum and apparently Horde is just as bad, both sides have about 40 online at peak times, ouch, can't be a whole lot of fun playing on that server

Meanwhile my server has about 4k at peak times (on Horde, Alliance is more like 1k), what a contrast.

Right after finishing that one I went over to Gul'dan Horde and got 55 characters, so they're better off, but that also means horrible faction imbalance. I'm not the biggest fan of CRZ, but I have to say that now I have a little better understanding of why Blizzard felt they had to do it.

just ran my lowest on Chromaggus Alliance 17 Horde had 71
After hitting Cenarius my first realm where I still have 10 toons waiting for me to pay and play again.... I did a recheck on Chromaggus
and the 1pm server time run had dropped to 15 Alliance.

Al'Akir at 12.30 server time... Alliance 12, Horde 535. Ouch at that faction balance!

Not really a surprise: EU-Hakkar was also one of the "unofficial Italian takeover" realms...

Tonight I had this bright idea, lol. Since we ganged up on Balgair in the whack a zero game I thought I'd take a wow trip to the UK. Well, on the second realm I remembered those funny things, time zones. 8 pm here, hhmmm, I guess 4 am is not the best time to census lmao. EU-Hakkar ended up with 7 horde and 3 alliance. DOH!

Hahaha yeah, 4am is going to be low results even on high pop
I should be back to whack a zeroes soon, now the temperatures have reduced a little, it's been too damn hot the past 2-3 weeks lol, having the pc on (and even worse, running WoW) just makes my living room way too hot

Seems to be improving now though, phew!

how can I assist with EU realms?

When you sign up a new starter edition account, change the country from United States to United Kingdom. Then you can either edit the config.wtf in notepad and change "enUS" to "enGB" or if you have hard drive space to spare you can install the EU client in a separate folder from your current WoW folder.
