Character History Question

Hey guys, sorry if this has been answered before, but if you do let's say an appearance change (Race, gender and name), would that delete or override your character history? What happens?

Does the history of that character stay the same? I'm just curious, because my character was made in '07 and I sorta take pride in that. Before I made the switch, I was just wondering if that history would still be around or not.

Hello Joenii!

If you alter race or name, you effectively create a new character. The old data remains (barring errors, of which we have had some due to data corruption) and the "new" character will exist independent from the "old".
