Moveable Mini-Census+

Please make the Mini-Census+ button moveable. As it is right now, it is directly under AddOns like TitanPanel and InfoBar. Perhaps you should have it use shift-click to move.

it is moveable. please read forums there are at least 2 other posts explaining it.

It is not moveable by the average human, I've tried every possible way to move it. It needs to be moveable by shift-click and not by a less than half a pixel border.

there are no special commands needed. its a simple click and drag. hover your mouse at the very edge of the graphic, i recommend that you actually aim for JUST next to it. click, drag... et voila.
imho its actually easier to move than most items involved with moveable frames are there is no lag or appearance that it is not moving when it actually is and then you end up with your frame off the screen.

Finally got it to move, but I shouldn't need exact instructions to figure out how.

I do agree that it can be a pain to find the sweet spot. I'll see what I can do to make this an easier process.
