About siggy image size..

Post by Vek »

I have just one thing to say..

/cry.

I can't keep the proportions that I want with the dimensions that you've set up, Rollie.. What if you made it based on KB size as opposed to pixel size (Obviously, the limit would probably be somewhere around 200x400, which would make sense, because giant sigs would be pointless.)?

It forces those dimensions to keep the supplied background images proportionate. If I allowed different dimensions, it would distort the images.

I suggest you employ help ;]

..Not neccessarily EMPLOY as in pay, but get them to help.. You know what I mean. Anyways, Get some people to be moderators/help with technical difficulties/help with developing site features.

THAT would give you time.

Moderating doesn't take up much time. I always read everything posted anyway so moderating usually just entails deleting any spam that pops up.

What I need time for is development. I have so many things I want to do, but only so much time in the day =) And unfortunately, when it comes to things like this site, I'm a control freak and have a hard time accepting help from others.

I know that feeling.

I've got a cool little database/website/addon project in the works, but I haven't been able to share it with many people, because I don't want tons of advice on it yet (especially since it's still in my head and can't be conceived yet - more database knowledge would be a plus), so I only tell those who have limited knowledge of either WoW or databases, but not both. lol
