Searching for char

dno if im posting this in rong place but...
wen i search for my char it doesnt come up, i have put all the right details in and still nothing.
some 1 help plz

Have you uploaded a snapshot of the server? If so has it been processed? And what is the name/server?

What is your server and character?

A snapshot is a census of your server, taken by you, that way you know it has the latest info, and its the easiest way to do it lol.
