/census+ pause

Can we get a type in command that let's us pause it without opening? Obviously, this wouldn't be the only item (un-pause, stop, etc).

Let me pick your brain for a bit... how to include a command in game that would do

/cwho Name
1. checks if census is running
2. if running pauses
2a. does /who Name
2b. resumes census
3. if not running just does a /who Name

Yeah, I have wanted to do something like that Hyb. I need to work on that again.
