and how they would like to upload if they could.

Choose the option you would like to have...
or if you like what you are using now, choose that option

The website with cookies option.. would have Warcraftrealms.com put a web browser cookie on your machine with all the upload fields filed in for you from the info you provided with the last successful upload. (except login info.. that shouldn't be in the cookie.. not safe) {you would have to make sure your browser accepted and keeps this cookie which already happens unless you tell your browser to delete the cookies when you close the browser.}

I use Uniupload... It's easier and faster than website..
But it's rarely breaking the 10MB limit...

Yeah, two clicks on my system tray is much easier than browsing to a site and doing the "Choose file..." dialog. I'm only doing one realm, so my file is tiny, only 1.3MB uncompressed, 178k compressed.

Always logged in, my bookmark directs to the upload page and I've been using the websites upload for the last seven years. Though I'm just scanning the two realms I'm playing on there's no real need for me to install a program to bloat up my tray to be 5 seconds faster.

I use the Uniupload because I'm a set it and forget it kind of person. All my uploads are automatic.

I even changed the addon slightly to automatically purge stuff older than 7 days every time it runs a scan so my uploads stay small. This is especially important because I often play on several realms when I get in an alt-leveling mood.

I just use Uniuploader because it's easier to click to open program, click to upload and it's done, rather than navigate to site, navigate to page, find file and then upload.

More casual users (as well as those who distrust external programs) would likely use the website though, so don't base any decisions off what us (few) power users do!

:D Additional note: Not even "power users" are all the same. :D I prefer using the manual upload method. And for me, it really doesn't take that much time. I have an upload page on one of my browser tabs and Windows opens up the correct folder, so it's a couple of clicks, wait until upload finishes, one more click to upload page again, done. :D

One of my main reasons for usig Uniuplod, is that since I switched to Windows 7 (and MSIE 9), browser stopped defaulting to correct folder (it now defolds to My Computer), and on top of that, history isn't saved (as it was in WinXP/MSIE8), so I have to browse the file manually each time..

My browser saves the last folder I used for any upload to a website, and given this is not the only website I ever upload anything to, it's often on the wrong folder. By the time I also add in the fun of switching account frequently and finding a savedvariables folder in among 100 server folders... far easier to use UniUpload for me :)
