Profile / Cencus issue
Ive submitted 3 census files so far and not getting credit for any of them. Yes , i am logged in when i submit them. Also , my profile shows that i have no characters and no guild. I have no options to set that either. IDK what up but can someone give me some ideas on how to get this corrected ?
It looks to me as though you do have credit for your files; the first one is processed and the other two I think you probably uploaded the same file again, as there's no updates recorded on them. Files don't process instantly; the website runs through them every while (seems to be every hour or two currently), so you just have to wait a little while and they'll process, unless the website is having issues, in which case it can take longer (fingers crossed, we don't appear to have trouble at present

As for showing characters in your profile, you need to manually claim them, by finding them on the website (put their name into the search box and follow the link to the correct character), and in the top right of the character page will be a link to "Claim Char" - clicking that link will add it to your profile.
