Problem with update files.

I've been trying to upload census info for 3 weeks now for the newly opened Nesingwary server.
All of the files still show 0 0 Y and on the realm stats page the server is still showing 0 population.
No idea if this is an issue on my end or the site, any help would be appreciated.

Hello!
Do not know, if these ideas / questions help, but...
1) According to your profile, you have several 0 0 Y entries... Have you been censusing other realms as well or only Nesingwary?
2) Since you apparently took a rather long pause... Do you have the newest version of Censusplus? That is 4.2.2.
3) Due to something that I am still looking into... When was your Lua file last modified + are you sure that you sent the correct one?

Heya!
No, I haven't been censusing other realms in quite a long while, I have installed the latest Censusplus and this is after a relatively fresh WoW install and no previous versions of Censusplus.
I'm positive i'm uploading the correct lua and the last modified time was this morning at 7:49am EST and file size is 947k.

Agree with 1974ER you are uploading the wrong file. If in default install look to make sure and also not CensusPlus.lua.bak.
Win XP
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\%account%\SavedVariables\CensusPlus.lua
Vista
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\%account%\SavedVariables\CensusPlus.lua
If you have WIN 7 not sure if it still uses the Vista idea or back to XP.

I have already stated that I am NOT uploading the wrong file...

Hmmm...
Could you try running a census on any other realm? Then checking the that the time modified and file size have changed and then uploading again.

There was a problem with the Nesingwary server name in the database so it was unable to find the server from your data.
I have set all your uploads to be reprocessed and it should start updating that server now!
Sorry!
