Delete Comments does not work

Hello.
1) I tried to delete my own comment here:

but clicking on Delete Comment only redisplays the current page (which corresponds to the hinted link when I hover mouse over this item).
The purpose of trying to delete the comment is not to delete it, but to edit backslashes in it.
2) The comment content (about wrong Unguilded status) is right and actual, which may point to other bug, but I have no idea what to do with it.
