Error messages when attempting to get on site

Sometimes when I try to get on warcraftrealms.com, I get the following error message:

Error => Unable to query on line: 83 of /home/wrlogin/html/index.php

Also sometimes when I try to upload data I get the following error message:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in /home/wrlogin/html/forum/db/mysql4.php on line 48

Warning: mysql_error() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /home/wrlogin/html/forum/db/mysql4.php on line 330

Warning: mysql_errno() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /home/wrlogin/html/forum/db/mysql4.php on line 331

Could not connect to the database

Sometimes when moving around the site, I get the following error message:

Error - Unable to connect to DB

I saw that this morning and reset the database. It is ok now. I am looking into the cause. Thanks so much for reporting.
