Check the following picture..what could cause this? It just hangs here.
Version is 3.5.1.

You are uploading the wrong file. Upload the file located at:

/World of Warcraft/WTF/Accounts/XXXX/SavedVariables/CensusPlus.lua

It looks like you were trying to upload the one located here:

/World of Warcraft/Interface/AddOns/CensusPlus/CensusPlus.lua
