New account activations delayed

For those waiting to have their new accounts activated.

The process to notify the administration of new account creations stopped working sometime Friday.
I notified Metalbeast and hopefully he will get the mail process working again soon.

Until then I am back to manual processing which is more time consuming. I will get to your requests as soon as I can.

And we are back in business after some email security code updates finished processing.
