How do I get CharacterID?

Hi, I just want a characterID so I can make a forum signature, I've uploaded data and when I view my profile it says I haven't claimed any characters, and bla bla...

Anyone that can help?

You need to search for the characters you play (Character History) and then click the 'Claim Character' link on their profile page. The data you upload doesn't automatically marked your characters as yours.

And all I did was checked out your WR Profile and saw that you did claim a char and that was its ID

Also www.mysigspace.com allows you to upload custom pics and overall has a better sig creator than the one here on WCR.

If you are using the Sig Creator here then make sure you are logged into the main site, not just the forums alone. The main site has a separate login than the forums, but its the same user id and password as the forums.


Also I noticed that your recent upload has resulted in VERY low numbers. You might want to make sure you are uploading the file located here:
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\XXXX\SavedVariables\CensusPlus.lua,
And that WoW is closed off before uploading.

that sucks ... it would be so cool if the .lua's would be written directly to the drive and saved no more quitting, just censusing

Reloading your UI and, changing continents, entering an instance, and other instances may cause the lua's to save. Although not guaranteed its always good to close off WoW tho just to be sure
