The in game mod should work with the Russian localization (which I need to include in my distribution), but I am unable to support the data on the site yet due to the Cyrillic font.

Why do you need cyrilic font for site? For names of the russian servers?

Name it in english. Or I can give you all names. Or you can get it here:

The problem is that the database is not encoded properly to handle those characters and as such it is unable to compare based on that.

Same holds true for character and guild names.

I CAN fix it, it just requires some lengthy database rebuilds. I am likely going to have to do some serious db work soon anyway, so I may try to incorporate those changes as well.

I've merged defrag's version with latest 4.2.2.
Did a little bit of testing and it seems to be working ok.
