HK's and DK's

Is there a way I can view how many HK's and DK's people have? Such as, who has the most etc.

the only way that it would be submitted is if somenoe /inspect'ed a players honor tab and then uploaded the information.

There used to be a website that showed peoples HP, MP, stamina etc... I thought that was wowcensus, guess not. Does anybody know which site I'm talking about? If so, linkey?
