Census ...Do Not Understand Figures.

Why on my census update does it have numbers but says that is not processed.

I went to your updates and it looks like this to me.

Now I do not know why the numbers are different, but it says it was processed now.

Rollie had to roll back the database to fix a couple of issues the latest CensusPlus mod had with capturing less than 3 chars. So while you file was processed once, Rollie rolled it back which made the processed flag to appear as N. But as oiseaux noted its processed now.

Numbers are different because Rollie added a temp filter on there to capture the bad data that the mod is capturing. But hey larger updated numbers is always good =)
