Ive been running census for quite some time, but just recently last week made an account here so "hello"
Ive been trying to get Kul Tiras and Coilfang updated for the horde side properly, currently theyre still in the red.
The guild im in on Kul Tiras "The Old Timers Guild" shows having approximately 240 members active. An alliance guild called "MEDIEVAL" shows having approximately 140 members active, yet medieval is listed first and OTG is listed second.
curious why this is happening
How are guilds listed?
Well, it is supposed to list them on the site by a 'level value' which is a calculation based on the number of characters, as well as those character's levels.
For example, 100 level 80's woudl rank higher than a guild with 500 level 50's.
Make sense?
It is entirely possible that this isn't working correctly as I noticed some quirkyness with it a while back but didn't take the time to investigate =/

phpbb:phpinfo()
Thanks Rollie
Ya I believe its acting flaky. Just doing a quick look OTG has 188 members ranking between level 70-80 (74 are level 80). MEDIEVAL has 125 ranking from 70-80 (68 are level 80). I believe OTG's numbers from 70-80 outrank MEDIEVAL's at every increment. We do have more members below the level 70 mark than they do though, maybe this is skewing the figures *shrugs*
anyway, thanks for the reply

Hmm, perhaps it is acting as an average as well as a combination? In that case, the more low levels you had, the more it would pull your guild down instead of up. I have no idea though tbh, since I know nothing about mod writing
Just throwing out ideas!
