It appears that Blizzard has "sneaked in" a new Spanish realm:

EU-Colinas Pardas, CET, PvE, ES

Probably a much need change, since the existing 3 normal servers have been full for a long time...

Appears to be in the Crueldad battlegroup with the rest of Spanish realms.
