Why is my profile not showing correctly?

Go to your datasheet here:

At the top where it says CSS Link and a textbox put:
www.warcraftrealms.com/defprofile.css

You currently have it set to the wrong link, so erase what you got there and put what I said above.

I have claimed one of my characters but the on the character page there isn't a character profile link. How can I get that fixed?

Ah ha! Just read another thread which says to turn on profile collecting for a character in the C+ UI. Doh!

sticky pls,
because this is the information needed when you are confronted with the option "update character profile? YES" sth. like that (the link after submitting data) for the first time.

summary:
- make an warcraft realms account
- claim your character (YOURS!)
- install the census mod.
- let it gather data, and make sure you have checked the "charexport" (whatever it may be called correctly but you'll find it in the options) as well
- close wow
- submit the data
- go to your profile retype the link as .../char/######
- enter the css like described above
- revisit your profile and link it whereever you want.

I got mine to where it shows my equipmnt but still doesnt have anything factored to the side. Do I still have it set up wrong?

Interesting......

I would just try the obvious stuff again:
- Make sure you are uploading the correct file located here and that WoW is closed:
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\XXXX\SavedVariables\CensusPlus.lua
- Make sure you have the option checked to 'Collect profile infomation' in the Options window of CensusPlus.
- Make sure Census completes its scan and that you dont stop or pause it.
- After uploading make sure you click the link at the bottom of the message that says that you want to update your character profile, and that you wait until its complete, this may take a couple of mins.

I remember on only a couple of occasions (less than 5) that actual numbers were there and not any of those nonsense stuff....

Yeah, that's all a part of me needing to revisit the profile stuff.
