I'm running the latest version (3.3) and don't have a minimize button. Is there something I need to do to get it back?

You should have a little 'C' button on your minimap now. YOu can click that to show and minimize the UI. You can make it appear as well as place the button under the options in the UI. Type /censusplus to bring up the UI the first time.
