Incorrect Region selected

When I ran WoW recently I got a window asking Euro or America. Not knowing at all what the question was related to I pressed Euro just to be silly I guess(my roommate was behind me saying to press Euro). After I found out it was Census asking, I wanted to change it to keep the data I send accurate. Deleting the Census folder does not reset this, how do I change it back to American please?

and it will ask you again. I guess I really should put some sort of title bar on that box so you know what is asking for the info, heh.
