How do I upload information onto the site?

How do I upload information onto the site?
I'm just wondering how I actually upload the information onto this site, or does it just happen autimatically when you run the mod in the game? Thanks for any help you can give.
Exit out of the game.
Go to http://www.warcraftrealms.com/
Login
Click on the submit button or go here: http://www.warcraftrealms.com/upload.php
Beside the Census+ file: box click on Browse and locate the file:
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\XXXX\SavedVariables\CensusPlus.lua
Click on Process File, wait a few seconds or mins depending on how large your file is and how fast your internet connection is.
When finish submitting another page will open showing you that you've submitted it.
Open your My Characters page: http://www.warcraftrealms.com/charlist.php and you can see if its been processed yet.
You can track what file the database is currently processing via the Census DB Stats here: http://www.warcraftrealms.com/dbstats.php
