Zandalari Trolls and Dark Iron Dwarves were slated for v8.0, and only thing I ever heard was they were delayed Zandalari until v8.1 and substituted Mag'har Orcs instead.

Was announced quite clearly at Blizzcon that it's in 8.1.5, not 8.1 https://www.wowhead.com/news=288351/bli ... next-panel.

Also your wowhead links do not say they're in 8.1:

Kul Tiran Humans are slated to be released sometime after Patch 8.1

Not sure why they didn't just say 8.1.5, but in any case, it's not in 8.1
