Then CensusPlus is on (not geting census, just mod loaded) then you try select target by clicking on his name in chat with Right Mouse button, it will say that Census Plus banned from any action by Blizzard UI.
Make sure you are using the latest version 4.0 found here: http://warcraftrealms.com/censusplus.php
Can you try disabling all your mods, and if you can list them all here plz?
Also if you click on Ignore to the message that pops up does the problem continue with every target or go away?
