I noticed this on v2.2, and it still happens all the time on v2.3

This is actually due to when a /who query returns 3 or less results, it just dumps them to the chat window instead of giving a /who update. I need to research this and see if I can figure out a way to suppress or catch these messages, but it is not readily apparent how to do so.
