Newer WHolib issues have popped up

the Who library was updated to handle Connected Realms in one of its API functions.
This is a function that I don't use, so it shouldn't have been a problem... but.
I have been seeing issues where the 100-100 query goes bad and endless loops.
This didn't happen with previous versions.. so either they broke something.. or I'm not doing something correct.

I expect this means I'll push the Translation fix out soon
and then have to push another fix out later to handle the new issue.

Bottom line users of Prat 3 and CensusPlus and maybe other addons that use the library may see failures on getting /who data from the servers.
