I take census pretty much everytime I take a boat or windrider and really enjoy the new extra features like hiding the Info frame and minimizing the CensusPlus frame, but really think there could be some really productive improvements.
How about letting us setup C+ to take a census maybe every 15/30/45 minutes while we play? Doing who requests really doesn't take away much bandwidth and it would be cool if I could just have it run in the background (while the frame is minimized) every so often.
If you add this feature, a few other features would be imperative -- namely, getting rid of the "thump" sound that fires everytime the Info frame comes up. The sound gets quite annoying. In addition, it would be nice if we could get rid of the chat msg's that come up while taking a census. I don't the text if I'm manually taking a census but I wouldn't want it to start coming up all of a sudden while I'm playing. Maybe have a "Taking Census"/"Found * new player and updated *" .. that wouldn't be bad at all.

There was a small update that fixed a guild related bug. That's what 1.3 is.
I could add in the option to do automatic census takes at set intervals, but there is nothing I can do about the thump sound of the window closing =(
