On the EU Sylvanas realm i see that there are 20 chars for which the race is unknown. 7 of these are listed in my guild Nemuritorii but they are not actually members. I suggest you delete the data for these chras...if they are really active on the realm, data would be updated for them so this shouldn't be an inconvenience.
The "Unknown" race is a result of characters pulled from the in-game guild roster. Since the roster does not display race information, the Census counts characters as "Unknown" race until they are seen in a /who query.
If your guild roster is not accurate, I would recommend running a census using the mod and uploading you data. That's the best way to provide roster data. (Assuming you have less than 500 members.)
