I'm actually in a similar situation to Balgair. I have a shoulder injury and can't play WoW at the moment, so instead just been censusing in the background. Going on a business trip next week though, so my submissions will drop off. I hope I actually get to play the game again soon!

Alanthus, you're making me want to add the rest of my characters to the collection now!!

LOL@Alanthus

Just imagine how many characters we all really have with our census toons. Now that would be a long signature!

ROFL, yeah, all the census toons would make a looooooong list ;)

...and of course I'll make a Draenei Shammy, already reserved the name for it...

Hehe I was thinking of screenshotting my forum character selection list as a half-signature of all my census characters but looking at it I see 61 characters, including 15 that I've deleted, so it won't be accurate; it'd almost be easier to just make 50 signatures on this site ;) Seeing as I've not even got round to making them for more than about 3 of my regular characters I think that won't happen soon, especially as I can't be bothered finding and claiming all my census toons :P

I have a reserved name for a Draenei too, though it's a priest for me, not a shaman (got a 60 undead priest, love it, but my guild and friends are all on alliance so I want a priest on that side) - seems from searching this site that 80+ other people like the name (Naomh), so I'm glad no-one on my server beat me too it!

Edit: Here's a sample of a census character of mine... can't be bothered repeating this 30-odd times I think ;)

Anyone else have the same level of imagination for naming their census characters as me? I know I'm not responsible for all of the 266 characters named "Census" that I found when I searched, anyway :P

On a side note regarding sigs, would it be possible to add an option to increase the spacing between lines at some point? I've got a dwarf called Beag, and no matter what font I use the capital D in dwarf is too close to (or overlapping) the small g from the line above ;)

You can go to www.mysigspace.com and totally customize your sig size, font placement, wording, etc.. =)

These days I manage to sneak in a li'l more play time but not contigous enough to do instances or raiding so I end up with these instead:

Well, I have a similar set on Sargeras/Horde but never really got into playing there so the chars are all much lower level. Tauren are a really cool race but as always who you play with pretty much decides if you have a good time or not.

Yes I have your same level of imagination for my census toons. I usually use Censusbot, but sometimes that is taken believe it or not! lol I figured it was one of you guys on here.

I try to use a certain name of mine I use when I run Census on other servers. This is a name I came up with many years ago, but sometimes I run into a server that someone already owns the name. It must have came up on a Random thing

I like Censusbot for a name :) Mine are all Census, or Censusii if that's taken... some of my really old ones are variations on my actual character names but pretty much all of those have been deleted over time to make room for new characters.

Hehe, nope, you're safe for this month now - I was aiming to get top spot before I go away on thursday, but I wasn't banking on finding a TBC beta key in my mail a couple of days back ;)

Well, I knew it was coming but not when, and now I have it and got the beta client downloaded... well could anyone census when there's new places to explore? I spent last night running around the Draenei starting zones and Exodar and they are just truly awesome, Exodar is simply beautiful. And I've not even seen the blood elf lands or Outland yet so there's a lot still to see! Injured hand or no injured hand, I just have to see these places :)

I'm really close to the top but I just can't do it, unless it lets me be logged in on both versions of wow at once, and I don't think I'll try it just in case it causes problems :P Next month.... ;)

Rollie, I don't have a Beta account, but it does look like mods might be working, over on one site, TrinketmEnu seems to have gotten up and working.

Just an FYI

Hehe I've seen screenshots from the alpha where people are clearly using mods, I've no idea if they work in beta though as I've not tried any so far; certainly the changes in scripting language and suchlike that I don't understand will have broken most of them.

Happy to help out if I can, but I'm away for at least a week from thursday and I don't really know how long the beta will run for - I'll do what I can when I'm available though :)

I just thought I'd try the current Censusplus mod, but it shows in the mods list as red with "Incompatible" beside it, so it seems I can't ;) I don't know enough about mods to know if there's an easy fix to that but I'm happy to try any new versions you have :)

I think if you figured out the TOC # for the XP, you might be able to manually mod the file to make it think that it's compatible, and then you could just try it out and see if that works.

But they are using a new LUA, so maybe that's what's incompatible.
