Realm Release Dates

I was wondernig if there is a quick list of all release dates for wow server? I'm planning on moving to a new server and want one that is in battlegroup 8. (bg 8 is where the horde win's av more often).

The realm stats page has a rough release date:

You can cross-reference that will Blizzard's battlegroup map. (Don't have a link handy for that.)
